1. Service
GOGA / AI OS ("the Service") provides crypto market research, analytics, simulated (demo) trading, and — when you connect your own exchange API key — non-custodial, trade-only order execution within risk limits. We have no custody of and no withdrawal rights over your funds.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use leveraged crypto derivatives where you live. The Service may be unavailable in certain regions; you must not access it from a restricted region or via misrepresentation of your location.
3. Your account & keys
You are responsible for your account, your exchange API keys, and all activity under them. Keys are stored encrypted and used only for trade-only execution within your caps; keep withdrawal permission disabled. You may disconnect at any time.
4. No advice; your risk
The Service is informational and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You trade at your own risk. See the Trading Risk Disclosure.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, market manipulation, abuse of the platform or other users, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass risk/safety controls.
6. No warranty & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, downtime, data inaccuracies, third-party (exchange, network) failures, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or liquidations. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
7. No advisory or custodial relationship; third parties
Nothing in the Service creates a broker-dealer, investment-adviser, fiduciary, agency, or custodial relationship between you and us. The exchange holding your funds is an independent third party; we are not affiliated with it, and custody, deposits, withdrawals, identity verification (KYC), and settlement are governed by that exchange's own terms.
8. Eligibility & sanctions representations
You represent that you are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction, that you are not on any sanctions list, and that you will not access the Service by misrepresenting your location. Access from blocked regions is prohibited and may be refused or terminated, and certain regions may be limited to demo (paper) mode pending identity verification.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in the Republic of Seychelles and conducted in English; where arbitration is unavailable, the courts of Seychelles will have exclusive jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to bring or participate in a class action.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms and may suspend access to protect users or comply with law. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
